What we do
Four things worth knowing before you order.

Free local delivery
Every order qualifies, however small — there is no minimum. We cover Vancouver, including Kitsilano, the West Side, Downtown, Fairview and Mount Pleasant. North and West Vancouver are covered too, on scheduled delivery days.

Same-day when you need it
Order before 12:00 pm, any day of the week, and it typically goes out the same day provided the item is in stock. Run out of food on a Sunday morning? That is exactly what this is for.

We will order it in
If something is temporarily unavailable we tell you straight away and secure it from the manufacturer — usually 2-3 business days. Supplier deliveries land Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, so the wait is rarely long.

Ask us in person
Switching foods, a fussy cat, a puppy that has outgrown its bag — bring the question to the counter at 2637 West 4th Avenue, or call 604 733 3390. We would rather talk it through than sell you the wrong bag.
