Cozy little pet store with high quality products and all you could need. Furkan, the general manager, was so helpful in guiding me through finding the right products for my picky Bengal kitten. I decided to buy in bulk and he gave me a sweet bulk discount AND complimentary snack samples :) The customers here were friendly & conversational during my time here. Will be frequenting here — for the service and the products.

My absolute favourite place to shop for my dog! The owners are SO lovely, they have a great selection and prices. Their free delivery is unmatched — they most recently delivered within 30 minutes of my order. Only place I order my dog's food from :)

This is one of the best pet shops I've come across in Kitsilano. They have an excellent selection of pet foods, accessories, treats, and toys. I was interested in a puzzle for my cat, and at the time they didn't have any in stock. But sure enough, by the next visit, Furkan had stocked multiple puzzles. Excellent customer service!

Amazing Pet Store with the nicest owners. The quality of everything from food to toys to gear is excellent. Furkan is very knowledgeable about all their products and made some great recommendations for more durable toys as well as samples of supplements to consider. They offer free delivery and have a reward system for regular customers. This sounds like a paid promotion but honestly I just came in for the first time and was blown away by the customer service.

We adopted a young cat this past June and I feel very fortunate to be part of the Urban Paw pets community. Pasha and Furkan are a welcome addition to small local businesses in the neighbourhood and have done an excellent job of modernizing the store into a comfortable hub for pet owners. I've been buying Royal Canin Gastro from my vet for my dog's sensitive stomach for a long time, but recently the owners at this pet store recommended SquarePet VFS Ideal Digestion as an alternative. It works exactly the same for my dog's digestion but costs about half as much — a huge saving. The pet store is fantastic — very friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about pets. Highly recommend!
