At Urban Paw Pets, we strive to provide flexible purchasing options and fair cancellation terms so shopping with us is simple and worry-free.

1) Purchase Options

  • One-Time Purchases
    Customers may purchase any item directly through our store or website. Orders are processed immediately once confirmed.

  • Subscription / Auto-Delivery (if applicable)
    For your convenience, we may offer repeat delivery options for select products (e.g., pet food, litter, or supplements).

    • Subscriptions renew automatically based on the frequency selected at checkout.

    • You may update, pause, or cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

2) Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Before Processing: Orders may be modified or cancelled if requested before fulfillment begins (usually within 1–2 hours of purchase). Please contact us immediately at info@urbanpawpets.com or +1 (604) 733-3390.

  • After Processing/Shipment: Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In these cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for available options.

  • Subscriptions: To avoid being charged for your next auto-delivery, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date.

3) Out-of-Stock or Supplier Delays

  • If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you promptly.

  • You may choose to:

    • Wait for restock (usually within 2–3 business days from our supplier shipments),

    • Accept a suggested substitute, or

    • Cancel the item for a full refund.

4) Special Orders & Final Sale Items

  • Special orders, custom items, and personalized products (e.g., engraved tags, made-to-order products) cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as they are prepared specifically for you.

  • Final sale items (discounted, clearance, or perishable items) are not eligible for cancellation once purchased.

5) How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please email us at info@urbanpawpets.com or call us at +1 (604) 733-3390 with your order number. We’ll confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation under this policy.
